Four years after their big hit in Karnan, Dhanush and Mari Selvaraj are teaming up once again for a new project which is to be produced by Vels. The film will take off by the end of this year, and will be a historical drama that will have a strong impact in its story.
Dhanush who is finishing off his Hindi film Tere Ishk Mein will also look through the pending work and release for his Idli Kadai and Kubera this year, before starting work on this film.
Mari’s film was initially supposed to be produced by Wunderbar Films in association with Zee Studios, but now, the producers have changed to Vels.
