Karthi’s Sardar which came to cinemas in Diwali 2022 turned out to become a mega blockbuster, becoming one of his career best grossers too, hitting the 100 crore mark worldwide. And now, 3 years later, his Sardar 2 is all set to hit the screens for the same Diwali festival.
The team had recently launched the prologue of the film which went viral on social media, and was the talking point for a couple of days. Sardar 2 is left with around 2 weeks of shoot, and the makers will complete the shoot for the film by the end of the month.
It is also being speculated that Sivakarthikeyan’s Madharasi directed by AR Murugadoss and Suriya45 directed by RJ Balaji also targeting for Diwali race.
