Ravi Mohan made a big impact yesterday, with his two projects in Karathey Babu and Parasakthi having their title teasers launched back to back. The former is directed by Dada director Ganesh K Babu, and the teaser suggests a full-fledged political drama which has an interesting base.
Sources say that Karathey Babu is based on the real life story of a politician whose name rhymes with the title. The film initially was supposed to have music by Harris Jayaraj, but now Sam CS has come onboard. Writer Rathna Kumar has collaborated with Ganesh to pen the screenplay of the film. The shoot is currently progressing in Chennai.
